More than nine years of administrative and technical work experience in nuclear and intelligence fields under the U.S. military. Skills include intelligence analysis, physical and information security matters and preparing security clearances. Possessed a Top Secret Special Background Investigation (TS/SBI) with eligibility to Sensitive Compartmented Information (SCI).

EXPERIENCE: Gained responsible experience in the following areas:

Administrative:  Positions of increasing scope and responsibility within the Intelligence field of the United States Army. Experience began with the position of entry-level Intelligence Analyst and culminated in the Senior Security Manager position to a major logistical command with 6 companies and over 800 personnel.

Database Management.  Managed an extensive North Korean Air Defense and Artillery database and prepared briefs for Division aviation elements. Functioned as the North Korean Air Force Analyst while assigned to the 2nd Infantry Division Intelligence Section, studying North Korean air tactics and capabilities and presenting oral and written briefs. Assisted in maintaining a financial database for a law firm. Also assisted in maintaining a client-contact database for a yogurt manufacturer’s corporate headquarters.

Personnel Management and Team Building.  Supervised a staff of 2 Communications Specialists and 1 Warehouse Shipping and Receiving Specialist. Instilled a sense of teamwork among supervisees, resulting in a 30 percent increase in the number of security clearances being completed in our security office.

Parcel Shipping and Retreival.  Shipped and received perishable items via UPS, Airborne Express, and Federal Express. Shipped and received point-of-sale items to various clients nationwide and internationally abroad.

Educated local Japanese citizens in usage of conversational English. Ages of students range from 4 to 60 years of age. Educated local Japanese in American history, culture, customs and idiomatic English. Class sizes ranged from one to eight people. Also taught private lessons to Japanese who used English in corporate environments.

Performed data entry functions using ACT 3.0, a business database manager, typed correspondence, answered multi-line phone system, and managed voice mail system. Also packed, shipped and received point-of-sale items and food items to clients via United Parcel Service, Federal Express, and Airborne Express.

Gainfully employed through Thor, a temporary employment agency, as a database specialist by a certified public accounting and consulting firm. Contributed in composing a sizable database for a client of McGladrey & Pullen, editing and inputting all available figures from an aged database into an improved database management system. Aided in forecasting potential dilemmas, and grew acutely proficient in operating Navision Financials, the financial database system primarily used by this company.
